Do I have to work hard to succeed in my business?
I love to work hard.
For me, I find it satisfying to look back on my day and acknowledge the efforts of my hard work. I like working hard because I enjoy it.
There was a time when my hard work was fueled by hustle and grind.
I wasn't working hard because I wanted to; I did it because I felt I had to, which ironically made the work so much harder.
Consider the difference: working hard because you have to v. working hard by choice.
Feel the difference.
So, whilst I like to work hard, I don't like to make my work hard.
I can make my work easier when I notice how I think about it.
