A common hurdle my clients encounter when they're working on something they don't want to do is telling themselves they HAVE TO do it.

When we tell ourselves we have to do something, it feels like a chore. It creates mental resistance, making the task even harder.

As entrepreneurs, we have the freedom to choose our work. Even the work we want to avoid.

Reminding ourselves that we're choosing to do this work because it's helping us achieve our goals can be a powerful mindset shift.

Choice always feels better.  It puts us back in the driver's seat.
